Voting Rules:

• People's Choice Awards will run until midnight on Monday 31st Oct 2023.
• Winners will be announced on the Facebook page on Thurs 16th November 2023. If you wish to receive email communication of the winners, please ensure to check the appropriate block when registering.
• At midnight on the 31st October 2023, the Mauritian registered company with the most votes received in each sector will be awarded the People’s Choice in:
• Health/Wellness
• Training/Education
• Retail
• Media
• Finance
• Property
• Business
• Hospitality
• Food
• IT
• Manufacture
• Other - All other businesses not falling into above sectors
• There will also be a:
• Favourite start up (Under 5 years old on 31 October 2023)
• Most voted for overall
• The winners will be named based on the most votes received in their sector. This decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The organisers and sponsors will be not held responsible for any data charges incurred while participating in this contest.
The organisers and sponsors will not be held liable for any entries not received for any reason whatsoever, and will not be responsible for network connectivity or hardware issues experienced while participating.
• Finalists and winners must be willing to share photographs and additional information in order to be featured on the People's Choice, and organisers websites and social media pages.
• In the event that a winner or finalist cannot be successfully contacted or contravenes the terms and conditions of this contest or of People's Choice Awards (Including the organisers and sponsors), their award or nomination will be forfeited.
• The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice.
Any changes to the contest will be notified to the participants as soon as possible by the promoter.
• Employees of The Chameleon Agency Ltd t/a Members Business Network (Mauritius) and Jubilee Insurance Mauritius are not permitted to enter or take part in the contest in any way.
• By entering this contest, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
